How soon is the package delivered?
The order will arrive to the delivery address within 1-2 hours from the time the order was placed via ACPro.com.
How much does this cost?
The Rush Delivery fee is based on distance similar to uber, we charge this fee during online checkout and the tip has already been included. We've seen it range from $15 - $35 which is still a savings when compared to the cost of having the Technician leave the jobsite.
How can I track the order, how do we know it was delivered?
The customer has the ability to track the order via a link in the Order Confirmation Email or via text if they choose that option during checkout. AC Pro also has access to a dashboard to see all Rush Delivery statuses.
What happens if the Rush Delivery driver cannot find the customer?
If the driver has any issues with finding the delivery address they will attempt to contact the customer using the cell phone # provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of a return by Rush Delivery due to being undeliverable the customer will be responsible for the return fee which is 1.5x the delivery fee.
Why can I NOT see Rush Delivery as a Shipping Option?
Rush Delivery will ONLY display if:
The product is in-stock at the nearest branch.
The order is small enough for a car and light enough in weight for a single driver to carry.
