Hello, I?m Jim Johnson, the branch manager at our El Cajon branch. I have been in the air conditioning industry for nearly 18 years. I spent 2 years as an installation specialist, so I understand what goes into installing the products we carry. The other 16 years I spent in the wholesale industry doing every aspect in the industry including handling warehouse responsibilities, service counter duties, along with inside and outside sales. My experience in inside sales in particular has given me an understanding of many mechanical systems such as commercial fans, water source heat pumps, and other units commonly used in the industry.
