How to Import AC Pro Invoices into QuickBooks

NOTE: This feature is only compatible with QuickBooks Desktop versions.

Login to acpro.com
Hover over My Account and click Order History
Select the invoice(s) you wish to import by checking the box next to the order number
Then click the Quickbooks download button at the top of Order History
A Quickbooks IIF File will download to your local computer file
To import the Quickbooks IIF File - Open your Quickbooks Desktop Application

NOTE: You must have Quickbooks admin permission in order to perform imports in Quickbooks

Then select File > Utilities > Import > IIF Files and select the Quickbooks IIF File most recently downloaded
If you have the 2019 or 2020 version of Quickbooks the following import window will pop-up, select the "Import it for me" link at the bottom of the window (highlighted below)
To view/edit the imported invoices in Quickbooks click Bill Tracker
