AC Pro Technical Support
I’ve been in the HVAC Industry since 1974 and specialize in helping Techs troubleshoot systems along with various install issues. To this day I still enjoy teaching the new Service Techs that are coming up in the trade. Seeing the next generation develop their skills and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I've been in the HVAC industry since 2001. I take pride in helping our service techs troubleshoot even the most bizarre of situations. The industry is growing fast and with advancements in energy efficiency it’s been rewarding to help our contractors give the most value to the end user. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, which is what keeps me passionate about supporting our contractors and the industry as a whole.

AC Pro Technical Support
I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2002 and have been lucky enough to work in just about every part of it, maintenance, sales, paid service, warranty service, installs, ownership, counter sales, project management, and tech support. All that hands-on experience helps me really understand what our customers and techs need. I do my best to share what I’ve learned to help them handle whatever situation comes their way. One of my favorite parts of the job is when I’m helping a tech and I hear that light bulb go off in their voice, when we figure it out together. That’s what it’s all about for me.

AC Pro Technical Support
I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2018, gaining valuable experience both in the field and on the distributor side. I've had the opportunity to interact with our products at nearly all stages from our distribution center, deliveries, and behind the counter as well as hands-on as an installer, service technician, and service manager in the field. My passion is helping our customers bring ultimate comfort to the end user and enjoy assisting in solving tough technical challenges. Because this industry is constantly evolving, I love that there is always something new to learn and master. I am excited and honored to work alongside such a highly experienced Tech Support team and look forward to what I can learn from their decades of expertise to better serve our customers.

Follow the instructions below:
Whether you’re on a startup, troubleshooting in the field, or completing a new installation, AC Pro’s Quick Reference Guides put critical information at your fingertips.
AC Pro A-Series Ultra Low NOx Furnace Troubleshooting Manual, Y-Series Troubleshooting Manual, X-Series Dip Switch Settings for setting tonnage on our X-Series out on the field, as well as a copy of the clearances for the Outdoor units.
With this checklist flyer you can troubleshoot much faster. We have a checklist for the new Ultra Low NOx Furnaces, Split Systems, and Heat Pumps.
Every Service tech should have a motor testing tool on their truck to help them test the motor when troubleshooting.
When installing new equipment we recommend installing an aftermarket surge protector that will help protect both our unitary and our mini splits systems. These surge protectors help protect the vital electrical components within these systems against electrical surges/voltage spikes that occur during summer months.
We also strongly recommend that our customers purchase a start assist kit that utilizes a potential relay. Such brands we offer would be the CPS 5-2-1 and also the Kickstart Hard Start. Start kits that do not use a potential relay could potentially void any warranties by our manufactures.
