How to Place Online Orders

To place an order online, sign in to your account. Find the items you need, and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button, which is located near the image of a product or on a product’s detail page. Then go to your shopping cart page by clicking on the cart icon found on the upper right hand side of your screen. Review your order and verify the correct quantities for each item. Be sure to click on “Update Qty” if you do change item quantities. Enter any applicable coupon codes. Then click on the “Checkout” button.

Once you’re on the Checkout page, enter your billing information, select your shipping or pick up preference, choose your payment method, and review your order one last time. Click on the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase.

Shipping or Pick Up Options

As you go through the online checkout process, you will be prompted to choose how you would like to receive your order. You have three options: In Store Pick Up, AC Pro Delivery, or Fedex Shipping.

AC Pro Delivery

Our AC Pro Trucks are on-hand to deliver locally within Southern California, Nevada, or Arizona. Select this option if you would like to set up a date to have this delivered directly to your shop or job site. This option is also FREE, so you don’t need to worry about shipping costs.

Fedex Shipping

If neither of the above options are right for you, you can also opt for Fedex shipping. We offer Fedex Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early A.M. Choose the shipping service that’s right for you. Shipping rates apply.

Free Shipping

We may run Free Shipping Promotions for USPS/Fedex Ground Shipping on Select Items from time to time. Our Free Shipping promotions are for select qualifying items only, which can be identified by the "Free Shipping" notice above the Quantity in Cart Box on each product page. If there isn't a Free Shipping notice the item does not qualify for Free Shipping. Also, our Free Shipping promotion is for USPS/Fedex Ground shipping within the US Continental 48 states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Only in-stock items are eligible. Cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounts.

Online Order Status

After you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. For those orders that selected Fedex or USPS shipping, you will receive the second email once your order is shipped. It will also have tracking information.
You can also check the status of your orders when you sign in to your account, and go to your Account Dashboard. Your recent orders will be listed on the main page with information regarding shipping method, order status, and other order details. For a full list of orders, click on “My Orders.”

Cancel or Change Online Orders

If you would like to cancel or make changes to a pending order, call us directly at 800-800-4121, and one of our associates will gladly guide you through the process.

Order by Phone

To place an order by telephone, contact your nearest AC Pro Branch and have your customer ID ready. Our associates will be happy to assist you.

Purchase in Person

HVAC Licensed contractors or EPA Certificate holders can purchase items in person when you walk in to any of our AC Pro locations. You can also check item in-store availability by searching for products online.
