How soon is my order ready?
Selecting Express Pick-up is telling our team that you are "On your way", our team will have the order pulled, invoiced, and ready to pick-up within 15 minutes.
Where do I go to pickup the order?
At the entrance of every AC Pro location is an Express Pick-up cart, you'll find your order along with a copy of your invoice on the cart.
Can I choose Express Pick-up for every order?
Express Pick-up is meant for those customers that are on their way in and will arrive within 1-2 hours, unless you are picking up an order on the same day, please do not choose Express Pick-up.
Why is my online order asking for payment method?
Express Pick-up requires that you pay for your order in advance, the online store will not allow you to use the payment option of "Pay at pick-up" along with Express Pick-up. Please change your payment method to either credit card or line of credit in the cart and Express Pick-up will allow you to complete your order. Or if you do choose to pay at the branch, please unselect Express Pick-up and proceed with the standard order process.
