Your satisfaction with all of your online AC Pro purchases is our priority. This is why we make returns and exchanges easy. We do not charge restocking fees, and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of sellable items in original condition within 60 days of delivery or pick-up. To serve you quickly, we simply ask that you fill out the Return Form found behind your packing slip.
New Condition Items
Sellable items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery or pick-up. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to your account straightaway. (Choose a return method most convenient to you).
Damage may happen during shipping, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact customer service at 1-951-361-6161 if you have received damaged or defective goods, and we will assist you immediately.
Because items have been made precisely to your specifications, all custom or special order products are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Return in Person
Visit any one of our branches, and our AC Pro associates will happily process your return or exchange. Be sure to bring with you all merchandise to be returned or exchanged, as well as your filled-out Return Form, which is found behind your packing slip.
Return by Shipping
To return new condition items by mail, give us a call at 1-951-361-6161 and have your packing slip handy. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you’ll write directly on your shipment box. Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
